As IT Operations Manager, I led a comprehensive overhaul of the technology infrastructure for a network of radio stations. This involved:

• Virtualization: Designing and implementing six Xen virtual stack servers, hosting 22 virtual machines.
• Studio Upgrades: Leading the remodel of 15 on-air studios, integrating Quasar Axia Livewire engines and boards.
• Network Infrastructure: Overhauling the network infrastructure with a 40GB backbone.

Migrated a data center core from Juniper to Cisco 9k, including cabling and cleanup, improving network speed and reliability.

As an Investor and Director, I played a pivotal role in establishing MDH South Africa's presence.

This work was crucial in driving the project towards securing approval for the construction of a hydroelectric dam and nature conservation area.
